Seoulโs newest landmark, SEOULDAL, which has been a hot topic in both the news and on social media, has finally been unveiled!
SEOULDAL can rise up to 130 meters above the ground, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Yeouido and the Han River, making it a one-of-a-kind urban attraction.
The gigantic gas balloon aims to provide a unique view and perspective of Seoul's day and night landscape, cementing itself as a new nighttime tourism landmark for both Korean and international tourists!
SEOULDAL, which uses non-flammable gas, is securely connected to the ground by cables, ensuring there is no risk of it drifting out of its flight zone.
In addition, it was manufactured and installed in compliance with international safety regulations for tethered gas balloons. SEOULDAL is currently undergoing safety certification in accordance with Korean aviation safety laws.
Trial operation of SEOULDAL is ongoing until August 22, with paid rides to be offered starting on August 23, when the attraction officially opens. During the trial period, selected individuals can experience rides through both online and offline events, with their feedback to be used to make improvements.
